Thumbs Up. Easy to set up, the digital cinema auto calibration worked well although it told me my right front speaker was out of phase even though it's not. Great Receiver. Bought this receiver around 2 months ago. A surprisingly great receiver. I wanted to get a receiver but not break the bank. Excellent Receiver for the price. Sony STR-DG910. This is a nice product. Nice receiver, but not perfect... Good: HDMI switching and video conversion make life so much easier! Immediate repair needed. Good unit, upconversion may not be worth the extra $$. Overall this unit has everything that I have come to expect from a Sony receiver. Awesome A/V Receiver. Bought the Sony STR-DG910 unit to power a fairly high end home theater system. Sony STR-DG910. I got the Sony STR-DG910 because of its low price and number of features, expecially the number of HDMI ports. Like it,but missing 2 things. I like the receiver. Great 3 input HDMI receiver. i have 2 hdmi devices and will soon get a 3rd (when blu-ray prices come down). Pretty good, but a few quirks. This receiver has been great in handling 3 HDMI inputs. Great product... especially for the price. Pros:- HDMI functionalityThis receiver provides the most HDMI functionality at its price range than any other receiver. An Amazing A/V Manager! This receiver has awesome functionality with any brand of TV, satellite/cable, DVD, BD, etc. Great receiver for HDMI output. This was a perfect fit for my application which was outputting video to a projector using HDMI and audio to 7 speakers from a DirecTV HD receiver via HDMI and for now a DVD player using component video and audio.

Worth the money. Larger than my old Sony but I guess it has to be for how many inputs are on the back. BIG BANG FOR THE BUCK. I am very happy with this receiver. Great price, with HDMI inputs!!! A cheap solution for 3 HDMI, but not without problems. In recent months my device collection has grown to include a Man-Mini (as a HTPC), a PS3, and an HDDVD. Best receiver for PS3. I bought this receiver back in 2008, for the PS3 I had just bought since the PS3 did all the on-board decoding I did not have to worry about the receiver needing the latest DTS HD MA tracks and Dolby True HD because SOny had already confirmed they were going to do this with a firmware upgrade. 3 HDMI Inputs makes this AV receiver a winner. I purchased this receiver to work with my Optoma HD80 1080p DLP projector. IPod Disappointment. I purchased this stereo to replace an old Denon receiver that had burnt out it's surround sound card.

Great receiver! Bought this unit to replace an older Sony 5. Garbage with no support. I originally had a DG800, which only had HDMI passthru. Very Week FM receiver. No response from Sony. A few weeks ago I sent this e-mail to Sony. Am I happy with my DG910? Yes! The upgraded Picture when viewing DVDs is great! A Great Overall System. I previously owned a 1000 watt 6. Excellent receiver! In addition to my HD (not Blu-ray) DVD player, I am enjoying a cable TV component and optical audio input that is *automatically* converted to HDMI (with third HDMI port available). Does not upconvert audio. Nice receiver. Nice receiver. It's a really sweet receiver with lots of versatility. Works just fine. Just what I was looking for. I had been looking for months for a receiver that had three or more HDMI outputs and that did not cost a fortune.

Awesome features at an incredibly affordable price! Wow, have to say I am quite impressed with this Sony STR DG910 home theater receiver. Great. I searced a while, read reviews and this is a great receiver.
