Just switched. I have had Sirius for a couple of years, but really have been frustrated by the limited playlist, and Sirius's lack of portable music (for less than 350 dollars! TRUE ALL-IN-ONE XM RADIO EXPERIENCE! Bought this because someone stole my Roady2 from my car. Antenna Required - Not as Portable as Suggested. About a year ago, I went to Best Buy and asked if there was a portable XM player. Great Product. Great Product, never had any trouble with it. One of the few purchases I don't have buyer's remorse over. I'm the type of guy that will blow cash, but I hate to get caught up in "subscriptions". Perfect for college students and others wanting variety I have to say I was on a mp3 player kick for too long. A suggestion. I just received this radio and love everything about it. XM2GO. The radio itself is fantastic. Simply awesome. Finally there is a real portable satellite-radio solution. Beware of fake offers! Don't get sucked in by the "get it free" scams in the fake reviews posted here.
It's what I expected. If you are a commuter into a metro city, this is the unit for you. XM to Go. Easy to use and great features on menu. Great Product, Bad Service. I have had a MyFi every since it first came out. WiFI capabilities for HOME THEATRE. The wireless feature with this is fantastic, if your stereo comes w/ a "wifi capability" tune into the selected XM radio signal on the dial and listen to your hearts delight. Delphi XM2GO. I got the home and car kit and I am extremely pleased with it. Much more valuable than I expected. This device is truely amazing. Great Receiver. I am very satisified with the Delphi XM2GO. Not what I expected. When I got the XM2GO for Xmas in 2006 I was really wanting it to be what they advertised. Rushed to market, horrible product unworthy as a doorstop. My unit was returned immediately, the MiFi is absolutely horrible. A wonderful additon to my car! I purchased the XM2GO about three months ago, and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
Some bugs, but overall very good. I've had this unit for about 2 years. Nice, but could be better. I have been an XM subscriber almost since day one. Hard to read. I have owned this item for 2 years and have always found it difficult to read especially on a sunny day. I love it! I bought the MyFi for the sole purpose of recording Dale Earnhardt Jr. Delphi MyFi. This is a great item. Very Convenient. A year and a half ago I received the Delphi XM2Go as a Christmas gift You may remember this product from its advertisements with Cal Ripken Jr. A Very Handy Gadget. I have had my MyFi for a couple of weeks and have been a XM subscriber since car units became available. I was skeptical, but REALLY GLAD I bought it. I knew I wanted satellite radio, but what player should I get? Not that great. I am over all very disappointed with this unit. Know what you are getting into...Very Disappointed. I bought this product as a Christmas present for my father.
Buy it. This is probably the best product I have bought. Portable XM satellite radio is HERE!!! I've had mine now for a little over 2 weeks. Does not work in/around NYC. Like many of you, I waited with baited breath the minute I heard XM was releasing a portable player and pre-ordered it for my husband's birthday. Satellite radio demystified. I have been using the Delphi MyFi now for a few weeks on and off and have found it a huge step forward in satellite radio technology. SOLD MY IPOD AND GOT THE MYFI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved my ipod, but couldn't spend all the time necessary to download my musical preferences. I love my Xm My Fi. I'm new to XM but was familiar with it because my brother and a co-worker have it in their vehicles. Spotty Reception in Urban Settings. 1. Pure joy. This weekend I purchased a MyFi portable XM satellite radio, and it is pure joy. Great Product, Buy aftermarket earphones. The XM to go is a great product the little radio will let you go from home to car without missing any music. Why Did My MyFi GO Bye-Bye? When I first purchased my MyFi XM2GO, was was very impressed -- mostly because it was the first and only product of its kind.
This product is to experimental to be sold I thought this product would be a great device to add to my daily 4 mile walk. Great unit. I use radio in 2 different cars and at work. Great system, some limitations. The MyFi is a great thing to have if you're into satellite radio -- and with the merger coming up between Sirius and XM, you may very well soon get double the amount of channels, which is saying a lot. Not so great and even worse service. It was ok on a clear day outside. 3 month review. After 3 months of usage I feel like I am able to review this piece of equipment properly. Good technology. Poor durability. What I love about the Delphi XM MYFi radio, the 5+ (up to 8 hours) of recording, and the portability. Its tries to be all things, but only does a few well. Anyone who knows me knows I love my XM Radio. This XM2go is a great little receiver & package. This XM2go is a great little receiver, So far I have just used it at home and it has been a God send. Great until it breaks down. Like a couple other reviews, I loved mine until it broke. Works and fails. this receiver worked great until the thumbwheel selector failed to select.
Growing pains. Like much new technology, when it works, it's a dream, but there are also frustrations. Great concept, but works best plugging in external antennas! I have wanted a "MyFi" ever since I first heard about it. A so so start to portable XM hopefully will lead to future improvements. The Delphi MyFi was my first foray into the XM Satellite world and I must say it has been full of highs and lows. Great idea, poor implementation. The idea of satellite radio is great. XM portable satelite radio. I love this radio! The Pinnacle of Satellite Radio. Wow, the MyFi XM2GO has everything. Great Item. During December and January I did a lot of research on this unit. Delphi Definitely Does it. My daughter bought one for me last Xmas, but I got tired of her 'borrowing' Dad's, so I got one for her birthday in August. I wish I can give it a good rating. XM2go is a great concept but it is flawed by quality issues and design nuances. Loving XM. I highly recommend this versatile piece of equipment to anyone interested in satellite radio.
LOVE IT! I love this little device. Great Little Device! I used the Amazon. Urban not rural device. works well in urban areas with a lot of repeaters, Unfortunately poor reception in rural areas (where you really need it! A little disappointed ..... I received the MyFi as a Christmas gift, and before I opened any other presents, I activated the XM service on the internet. SATRAD. Product delivered timely, system works great so far. DELPHI MyFi XM2GO Portable XM Satellite Radio Receiver for Home & Car. This is the 2nd one, exact same model, that I've had. Switchblade capability. I have owned a MYFI XM2GO unit for over 3 years now. Works better than I expected. I'm used to satellite TV reception, and know how fickle that is. Love It! The MyFi is an awesome radio. "Portability" is a real drawback for "2GO" As a unit for the car or in the home, the XM2GO is great.
Love it! This is the first portable XM radio and in some ways is getting a bit long in the tooth; however, I love it! Poor reception. I returned mine after one day of use. Disappointing. I used it for a day and ended up returning it. Great While on the Go. I have been sold on Satellite Radio from the beginning and recently purchased the portable MyFi to catch my favorite baseball teams while on the road. Great reception in Los Angeles. We've had our unit for a few weeks now and are very happy. Love this thing... I live at Grand Canyon where we have TWO radio stations. Slick unit! Upgraded from Roady2. Simply amazing... I simply cannot tell you how great it is to listen to quality digital radio without commercials (most of the music channels do not have commercials. Portable XM radio. Great!! I got this Delphi MyFi the other day to use portable and mobile, I had a home one for almost a year now and loved that and this unit may well replace it. MyFi can meet your needs if you know in advance how you'll use it. Purchased in July, 2006, the MyFi seems like good deal since it is last year's technology and is priced to move before completely outdated. This thing is just COOL! I got this unit for Christmas. I AM IN HEAVEN! I have been an XM fan for the last couple of years and could hardly wait to get ahold of the MyFi. Xm2go radio. The radio is great,The service was really great and the price was super great . Antennas. Internal antenna works poorly. Reception problems. Repeaters are weak and useless. When it works it is great. I live in NYC that suppose to have a lot of repeates. Great Product for Travel. I have owned one of these for five years now and love it. Save your Money. I bought this as an upgrade to my Roady2 with home kit thinking I could go biking with it and use it at work. Great for on the go. This receiver does exactly what I wanted.
Save your money. I would not waste your money or time on this device. MyFi is great! This is my second unit since my first one purchased 5 years ago gave up the ghost, most likely due to overuse and my own carelessness. Great radio, still some kinks to work out. First let me say that I have only had the MyFi since Christmas (yes, my wife was one ofthe people who actually got one). I guess I got the one that works. After reading several other reviews, I am surprised at how many people have complained about reception. Beyond AM, Beyond FM It's XM Satellite Radio!! I purchased a Roady 2 XM Reciever in Early 2005. Magical unit. I have had my XM2GO for over a year, use it every day in my car in a cradle attached to the a/c vents run through my car radio via the tape cassette, and carry it into my office every work day where it sits in a cradle on my desk and plays through a tiny AM-FM radio I bought for $10. Good overall. its great that everything comes right in the box, one feature i wish it had would be the ability to edit the 2go memory better instead of only being able to erase the entire memory, also a function to record certain artists when they come on would be great, other than that, this is a great pience of equipment i literally almost use it 24 hrs a day. Great XM receiver. I like that it's a little bigger, harder to loose or forget. Doesn't like the cold. First off, let me just say that I love this radio. BEWARE OF XM....BUY SIRIUS INSTEAD. I would give XM a negative number rating if I could.
XM GREAT! DELPHI TWO THUMBS DOWN. Dealing with Delphi has been a nightmare. Not a bad item. I'm enjoying my new XM radio. Portable Radio Heaven. The Delphi MyFi XM2GO Portable XM Satellite Radio is quite probably the best value for anyone who appreciates quality and function that I have ever owned. XM Portable. I love this thing! 2nd MyFi down. The second MyFi has lost its number-pad so that only the scroll can be used to dial the stations. Good While it Lasts-BUT. I am a heavy user of the MyFi - Used daily for recorded content. Portable XM Radio. The unit is very nicely designed with all of the controls conveniently located and easy to use. Not worth the money. I bought this thinking I could use it for different activities, but it turned out to be a waste. XM2GO. Wish I would have bought this earlier. One of the most imaginative audio devices on the market. I don't write too many reviews (I read a lot of them).
Lemon! I thought the notion of a portable was wonderful. I love it. This is my first XM radio, and it has been great. Does it all - with some limitations. I received mine as a holiday gift, and to use primarily in my car (2003 Mustang Cobra) which does not accept a regular satellite installation. Great until it needs repair. Greatly enjoyed my Delphi XM2go portable for 15 months until the earphone recepticle in the radio became intermittent. Great idea, will only improve with time. I decided to join the XM radio bandwagon when they announced the baseball programming. A very small complaint. I really like the Delphi MyFi. Concept: Cool, but Technology Still Not Up to Par. Conceptually, this is a great product. This radio is superb! I had this Hard-wired in my car until recently - (for a year and one half)and still use this unit for walking. Almost everything I hoped it would be. I've had the radio for about a week, and I've been very satisfied. Great replacement for my Roady. I must admit, I'm completely addicted to XM radio.
Delphi XM MyFi. I've been a XM radio customer since September of 2002 and have it in both my vehicles. Great Value. Love the XM2GO. Killer product! This is the killer product I've been waiting for. I've been waiting for this product for a long time. Xm2go. Most excellent more than I expeced. Poor quality, can't see screen in bright envirnment. MyFi XM2Go Review. The unit has performed well since I purchased and installed it. A must have for any music/gadget freak. I bought my unit about 3 weeks ago. This little beauty works exactly as advertised. I bought a MyFi from one of the electronics sellers on Amazon (very low price) and absolutely love it. Know Your Directions! Be sure you know which directions your windows face . Great service if you never plan on canceling. I have been a subscriber for 4 years. MyFi is the answer to what is a portable satellite radio! I'll preface this by saying that I have both Sirius and XM and that I also have a JVC "semi-portable" Sirius satellite radio. For those with reception issues. ok. Excellent purchase... This MY-FI is awesome, it includes a million accessories. Reception lacking, record feature is clunky. I got the MyFi on 12/6/2004 as a birthday gift, and like everyone else immediately ripped it out like the younger child I am and started playing with it. Delphi, XM2GO. The instructions say you must face the antenna south, that would be impossible in my apartment, no window faces south, I guess that is the direction the satellite is.
This Will Be The Ultimate IPOD Killer. The reason why I say "will" is because the improvements needed are actually already complete in the newest version (SEE Pioneer Inno) of this wonderful piece of technology. First unit: Junk. Second unit: Okay. My MyFi experience started as one of the worst I have ever had for any piece of electronics or computing equipment. Get an extended warranty! My Delphi MyFi just lost the display after a year and a half of use. Great product - but its HUGE. Not the best choice anymore. I had one of these, and loved it at first, because I didn't know any better and I was thrilled to get XM radio. Never Listen To Local Radio Again. I became an XM Satellite Radio subscriber in December 2003. Great. I own 3 XM radios and 2 Sirius radios. Very Unhappy! Upon opening my Christmas gift of the Mi-Fi> I was Thrilled I couldn't waite to use it. Neat Gadget, XM radio gets better yet!! I've had this radio for about a week now and I'll add my two cents for what it's worth. NOTHING like TiVo. The biggest reason for me to buy the MyFi was the ability to record content (I listen to ESPN Radio).

After reading some reviews of this xm radio and reading the quick report in Consumer Reports this month I was a little worried about the recieption I would be able to get on the MyFi that I have already ordered on line. This product is perfect for someone entering the XM Satellite Radio revolution! Finally...The Ideal Product for Converting to XM Radio. I've had my MyFi for about one month now. Love My MyFi. I live in the Colorado Rocky Mountains at an elevation of 10,200 ft. Compare MyFi Cost to SkyFi2 is worth it. I was trying to decide wether to go with the SkyFi2 which is priced around 100$ or the MyFi which we all know is $349.
Good, but.... I recently purchased this product and over all am happy with it. Great product! I've had my MyFi for a week now and I must say that it has exceeded my expectations. DONT BUY DELPHI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT BUY DELPHI ! Useless product. I just bought this product today and after charging it it only took me about an hour to decide i would be returning it. Dissapointing... I got the Myfi thinking it would be a great thing to bring to the gym and be able to move around with it, just like a regular radio. Except for never getting reception, it's fine. Yesterday, the mailman delivered my long-awaited MyFi. Moreless TiVo for Your XM Radio. There is one feature on this device that makes it worth its price. Great Unit! Low Price!! NEW Sealed in box only $129. I THINK IT'S WORTH THE MONEY. I purchased this XM radio in December 2004 and I like it very much, however as the other customers had stated, the external antenna (the one that is carried with you) does not work hardly at all unless you point it south, then you get weak reception (that's why i'd rated it 4 stars instead of 5) but if you are in a big city you should get reception like an FM radio from the repeaters. Walk about. Radio works well only problem travel signal fades in and out.
The XM MyFi is the most feature-rich satellite radio! I currently own a MyFi receiver, and I am simply amazed by its versatility and design quality. ...Since sliced bread. UNIT FAILS EARLY. When it is working, it works fine. Go For The Lite Version! If your ear has been to the ground recently, then you may have heard that more XM2Go models are coming. Go Go. What a fantastic product! Well worth the price. I bought this one for $[. Overpriced and NOT a Walkman-type device. Overpriced and under-functional. Great Features, Not as portable as you think. We bought this item thinking that the XM2Go would give us XM Radio where ever we went. Awesome!! i absolutely love my MyFi! It's Great!! If/when it works. It has been less than nine months since I have been using my Delphi. Good radio/ awfull sevice. This is probably a good radio, but the programming of XM is awfull. Not Reliable Connection in Auto. I only use in my auto.
Delphi Satelitte Radio. Merchandise arrived in excellent condition, and quickly, I might add. Delivers on advertised function. Have had this for several months now and use it at home and in the car - the kit that has ability to move the unit to home or auto use if very helpful, and the overall cost of this kit is very competitive with alternatives. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! I have been surprised and dismayed by the XM MyFi. Works for me! I just got my Delphi MyFi and for my needs it is flawless. Great receiver at a great price. I've had my MyFi since the day it came out. A New-York based review. Definitely buy this product, but buy it from a retailer other than Amazon (such as Best Buy or Circuit City).
