GREAT. The CD rom that I purchased is just as described. Doesn't download photos. The product doesn't download photos from the phone to the computer. Be careful what you wish for. Didn't work. I have a Motorola V190 which was supposed to be compatible with this software but it could not sync with the phone. My cheap way out. This software $3, and install was the best value because the registration of it updated to the latest version $35. Just fine. I was quite satisfied with the speedy delivery, and am happy to say that their description of the item was slightly better than accurate. Awesome! This CD is awesome! Once you can get installed, it's good. It is a good product once you figure out how to install it. Software. Was so pleased to find this, now my phone pops right onto my screen. This software did exactly what I wanted by allowing me to extract a bunch of pictures on my phone at once and put them on my computer. Big Disappointment with calendar sync. After Nokia I got spoiled with the easy calendar sync. Useful Software for Motorolla V3. RIP OFF!!!!!! Warning this is a RIP OFF company!!! Ordered item with a shipping fee of over 6. Returned this item. Make your own ringtones, etc. This product allows you to transfer files of all sorts between your phone and computer. Tools Don't Work. I don't expect this to be a helpful review, I just felt the need to say what a lousy deal this software can be if you have an incompatible cell phone even though the list of compatible phones says it should work. I have a bunch of pictures on my phone that I wanted to download to my computer, so I bought this software for my phone because you can't download them without it installed. Cheap option for high value. Software installation on my Vista Home system was easy and flawless.
Won't finish installing. After loading the program, it goes into a setup mode which hangs. WRONG PRODUCT. I was misinformed of this product. Motorola Phone Tools. Got the CD and installed without a problem. Perfect
