I purchased this device about two and half months ago so here are my first and second impressions:the device is versatile, it's more like a PocketPC with phone functions rather than a phone withsome extended features. Get what you pay for. Recommend not buying unless need a cheap backup phone, etc. Don't believe the 4 to 5 stars reviewers! This company should be ashamed to even sell this junk so called touch pad after iPhone has released theirs 3 years ago. Good Phone. I have no problem with the phone. HTC TOUCH VIVA. Good Basic Smartphone. Replaced my HTC Touch (after 2 years use and broken earpiece) with this HTC Viva because it is cheaper and newer than the HTC Touch. A really good smart phone. I am thinking to get another unlocked quadband phone for a while. You need to be very patient to use this phone. Having used several smart phones, and used this phone for about 4 months, I believe I can give a fairly educated review. Phone and pocket pc in one. besides for comunication purposes, i bought this phone for the following reasons:1.

Good product - bad ship. The celular phone is beatiful, and it's a excelente product. It surprise me! For the price that I paid, this smartphone was a great surprise. It works for me! I still love to use PPC, and this phone gives me what I want with the size and it's functions. I love this phone!!!!! i have no problems with this phone. Good, but can be a lot better. its a nice cell phone, working all right.
