Easy to use. A rugged, easy to use phone. Served us well. I bought this phone for my daughter to use during a two week school trip to France. Cell phone. First one failed after one day. Great!!! This phone worked exactly as it was stated to work. This cell phone out shore loose signal and locked. I went outside of US to Mexico, Colombia, Peru. No longer blue...since my Motorola. Great little Motorola V195 unlocked Phone. V197 too sophisticated. I ordered V195, being out of stock , I accepted to be supplied by V197. Cellular phone. the celular phone its okay but the company service its bad they promise some articules but they never send so the not take care of the customer issues . Worked Fine for 6 mos. until indicated "Invalid Battery" due to "water damage" I had this phone for about two months when it(inside its case), unknowingly to me, dropped off my belt onto a wet and rainy hotel parking lot. Motorola phone. I bought this phone as my 'world phone' since it was a quad band.
Dead battery. The battery was dead from from the beginning, phone shuts down intermittently. Would recommend product. My husband dropped and broke his current phone. Have owned for two years plus. It's reliable, has bluetooth and speakerphone, and is relatively compact with good battery life.
