Distortion. About the distortion , got all wired on 16 gauge just one side speaker right front hearing like heazing sound when it in the idling mode( walking,running,clibming,etc. Excellant choice for a home theater system. I matched these with their 12' subwoofer, added two satellite speakers to bring it to a 7. More BUMP for your Buck!! I bought this package a few months back to go with my HDTV along with the Pioneer receiver and it is a match made in heaven! WATCH OUT! Rubber circles damaged furniture. I really like these speakers; they sound fantastic and I give them 5 stars. Awesome sound!! I recently purchased the Klipsch Quintet Sl home theater system and I was blown away by the quality sound of these speakers. Great HT speakers with proper placement. The SL's when matched up with a quality sub and receiver sound absolutely fantastic as a surround sound speaker setup. Unbeatable. I am extremely picky about speakers and music, and would STILL have paid twice what I did for these speakers. Awsome. I just received my speakers today and they are just awsome. Better then being at the movies! I purchased a set of these at BestBuy on clearance for $371. Not much to add. I'll be honest, I'm not an audiophile, and these also went towards my first home theater.
Great sound. I had a Sony system before I bought the Klipsch and the sound from the Klipsch blew me away. Good speakers for bedroom home theater setup. I'm using these speakers, in combination with an SVS SB12-Plus subwoofer, for a home theater setup in my master bedroom. Klipsch: A great home speaker system. The Klipsch Quintet Home Theater System delivers a completely satisfying sound in the room (~11' x 17') where we have set it up. Excellent value for a theater experience... I paired this system with a 650-watt Klipsch SUB-12 and could not be happier. Phenomenal speaker set. Klipsch makes greak speakers and these are phenomenal for the price. Amazing sound quality. This set of speakers are amazing. Quality Product. I first saw these speakers at Best Buy when I was searching for my home theater equipment, the demo they had there blew me away. Klipsch = Quality. I have been a musician and a sound tech. Don't read, just buy... Well OK, so you are reading this anyhow. Ditto, Don't read-just Buy! As the first review says,"Just do it!
Small and terrible. I had this for 8 months now and finally gave up on it. Love these. I got these for my basement man-cave. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased these speakers from BB for (hold on to your chair) $200 open box, I could not believe my luck. Long time coming... I've been buying and trashing stereo equipment since I was a teenager. OMG!!!!!!!! I wanted to purchase a home theater that was BIG but small. Awesome Sound. I was replacing an old Audio/ Video unit that was about 15 years old. Awesome speakers at an even better price....don't pass this up! ****** Like he said. Great Product. We recently purchased the speakers, and they are amazing in our apartment. Very happy. I looked and listened to the Bose systems, even the pricey one around $1800. Amazing speakers. These speakers are fantastic.
Sound good, but not perfect. I got these in a package deal with a SUB-12.
